Fencing looks simple until you actually have to get it done. Wrong height, bad posts, a finish that rusts in one summer, a crew that doesn’t show up on the day.
We’ve seen all of it, usually when someone calls us to fix another contractor’s work. So we do it the boring, careful way. We visit the site, measure properly, tell you what we’d use and why, and put the price in writing. Then we build it.
We work as fencing contractors in Dubai for homeowners, property managers, warehouse owners and main contractors who need a site closed off fast. [Request a Free Site Visit]
Villas first, because that’s where most enquiries start. Boundary fences, garden fences, pool barriers, sliding and swing gates. Pool fencing is the one people forget to ask about, and it’s the one with actual safety rules behind it, so ask us early.
Construction site fencing in Dubai is a big part of what we do. Contractors don’t wait. If the hoarding isn’t up, work can’t start, so we plan around your mobilisation date and we can move or dismantle the fence when the site phases change. We also do farm and large plot fencing, and repairs. Bent panels, rusted posts, gates that drag on the ground. Sometimes a repair is enough. Sometimes it isn’t, and we’ll say so.
Honestly, start with what the fence is for.
Construction site? Chain link or hoarding sheets. Cheap, fast, and easy to take down later. Real security needed?
Go for welded 358 mesh, because it’s very hard to climb or cut. Villa or pool area? Powder-coated steel or aluminium looks good and lasts.
Wood and WPC are lovely in a garden but need more looking after, especially near the sea. The mistake we see most is people buying the cheapest metal fence for a property near the coast. Salt air eats it. They save a bit at the start and pay for it again in two years. If your place is close to the water, spend a little more on the finish.
We give itemised quotes. Materials, labour, timeline, all written out. You shouldn’t need to guess what you’re paying for.
We pick materials for Dubai conditions, not for a catalogue. Heat, humidity and dust are hard on fencing.
And if something goes wrong after we leave, you call us. A sagging gate or a loose panel isn’t your problem to chase.
How long does installation take?
A villa fence is normally a few days. A big construction perimeter takes longer, depending on length and access. You’ll get the timeline in the quote.
Do I need permission to build a fence in Dubai?
Sometimes. Villa communities often have developer rules, and construction sites follow authority and main contractor requirements. Tell us the location and we’ll tell you what applies.
What fence lasts longest in Dubai?
Powder-coated galvanised steel and aluminium hold up best. Untreated metal and some timber break down fast, especially near the coast.
Can you supply temporary fencing for a building site?
Yes. We supply it, install it, move it and take it away when you’re done.
Can I get a price without a visit?
For small jobs, photos and measurements work for an estimate. For a proper price, we’d rather see the site.
